The exhibit takes the visitor through the various phases of farming with a focus on specific agricultural innovations and farming artifacts by comparing antiquated farming techniques and new technological innovations over time. ![]() Using large, bold imagery to capture the audience’s attention, the space provides a contemporary guest experience on technology, science and genetic innovation and the role agriculture plays in our everyday lives. The exhibit tackles the issue of agriculture misinformation and separates fact from fiction. Working closely with Discovery Park of America, Solid Light transformed the 8,900-square-foot Simmons Bank Ag Center into a mind-blowing farming experience. Visitors learn firsthand about modern farming and the global and local impact of agriculture. Challenging the narrative of sustainability and how food, fuel and fiber are received from the farm and the process it follows throughout society. The one-of-a-kind experience provides visitors with stories of farming innovation in the past, present and the future in an engaging and stimulating way.
